We kick things off with a quick form so we can learn a little about your business. We’ll review your details to see if it’s a fit, if so, we’ll invite you to an obligation-free chat to understand more about you and your business, and check if we’re a vibe. You talk, we listen, and then we also share a little about how we do things around here.

We Propose

We Propose

Even though we only just met, we're already down on bended knee! Based on your needs, we’ll send you a tailored proposal, complete with some fun extras you didn’t even know you needed.

You Say 'Yas'

You Say ‘Yas’

Review the tailored proposal and, when you’re ready, simply choose the package that works for you and we’re off to the races. This locks in your fixed fee and kicks off our work together (🥂 champagne optional).

The All Clear

First time working with an accountant? Skip ahead!

If you’re switching to The Women’s Accountant from someone else, we need to prepare what’s called an ‘ethical clearance letter’. This is a formal request asking them to transfer any docs they hold on your behalf.

It also means you don’t have to ‘break up’ with your old accountant if you don’t want to 😉

Make It Official

Make It Official

So we can get cracking, you’ll need to authorise us as your tax agent on myGov and give us access to Xero. Don’t worry — we’ll totally walk you through this depending on your business structure.

You're Accounted For!

You’re Accounted For!

Once everything is set up, we schedule all your work so you don’t miss a deadline and send you a few shiny documents, then it’s: welcome aboard! Cue the party poppers.
